- We POST the jobWhen an invoice is paid or a job is completed, Zapier receives the customer, amount, invoice number, and email.
- QuickBooks stepAdd QuickBooks Online → Create Invoice (or Create Customer). Map the fields. That is a working QuickBooks sync — the same one thousands of shops already run.
Prefer a file? Download customers and invoices as CSV from the app and import in QuickBooks. Native Intuit OAuth is coming — we will not pretend it is on until it is.

Straight answers
Do you have a Zapier app in their marketplace?
You do not need one. Catch Hook + our API key is how most field-service Zaps run. Marketplace listing is extra paperwork, not the thing that moves an invoice.
Is QuickBooks two-way sync native?
Not yet. CSV export and Zapier → QuickBooks are live and what bookkeepers already use. Direct Intuit OAuth is the next native step.
Does the calendar write back to Google?
Subscribe-only today. The feed updates when you schedule a job here. Dragging an event in Google will not move the job. Honest.
Where do I connect this?
In the app: Settings → Integrations, or the Integrations item in the sidebar after you sign in.
