By creating an account or using TradeCommands, you agree to these terms.

The service

TradeCommands is software for managing clients, jobs, quotes, invoices, and field work. Plans are described on the pricing page. Features may change as the product develops.

Your account

You are responsible for the people you invite, the data you enter, and keeping login credentials private. You must have the right to store customer information you put in the system.

Billing

Paid plans are month-to-month unless we agree otherwise in writing. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Disclaimer

The software is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before a claim, to the extent allowed by law.
