TradeCommands (“we”) provides field service software to trade businesses. This policy describes the information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account data (name, email, company, password hash), billing details if you subscribe, and the operational data you enter (clients, jobs, quotes, invoices). If you book a demo, we collect the details you submit on that form.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the product, authenticate users, provide support, send service emails, and improve reliability. We do not sell your customer lists.

Sharing

We use infrastructure providers to run the service: hosting (Netlify), database (PostgreSQL), authentication, and email (SendGrid when configured) to deliver demo and account messages. We share data if required by law. We do not share your job or client records with other TradeCommands customers.

Security and retention

Passwords are hashed. Access to production data is limited to people who need it to run the product. We retain account data while your workspace is active and as required for legal or billing records.
